Returns & Refunds Policy

At Nathan Maher Music, we want you to be happy with your order. If there’s an issue with your item, we’ll do our best to sort it quickly and fairly.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging where possible
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

Please note:
- Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty
- Sale items are non-refundable

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
If you need a different size, contact us and we’ll do our best to help depending on stock availability.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
